Privacy
Clickfarm is een spel van Herman Ronk, op clickfarm.nl en als app voor iPhone en iPad. Deze verklaring geldt voor allebei. Kort gezegd: er is geen account, er zijn geen advertenties en er is geen tracking. De app verzamelt geen gegevens.

De app voor iPhone en iPad
- Geen gegevens verzameld. De app heeft geen account, geen advertenties, geen analytics en geen tracking, en stuurt niets naar een server van Clickfarm.
- Je spel. Je spelstand en instellingen staan op je toestel. Gebruik je iCloud, dan staat je spelstand ook in je eigen iCloud, zodat je verder kunt spelen op je andere iPhone of iPad. Dat regelt Apple; ik kan er niet bij. Voor iCloud geldt de privacyverklaring van Apple.
- Verwijderen. Met Opties → Opnieuw beginnen wis je je spel, ook in iCloud. Verwijder je de app, dan is ook de spelstand op je toestel weg.
- Crashrapporten. Zet je op je toestel Instellingen → Privacy en beveiliging → Analyse en verbeteringen → Deel met app-ontwikkelaars aan, dan kan Apple mij anonieme crashrapporten van de app laten zien. Dat kies je zelf, en het staat los van de app.
De website
- Je spel. Je spel staat in de opslag van je eigen browser (
localStorage). Het gaat niet naar een server, en de website gebruikt geen cookies. Wis je je browsergegevens, dan is je spel weg; bewaar dus af en toe een back-up met Game opties → Download save. - Bezoekersstatistieken. Bezoeken worden anoniem geteld met Umami op een eigen server: zonder cookies, zonder persoonsgegevens en niet als je browser Do Not Track aan heeft. Ik zie alleen totalen, zoals het aantal bezoeken per pagina, het land en het soort browser.
- Webserver. Zoals iedere webserver houdt die van clickfarm.nl technische logs bij, met onder meer je IP-adres en de pagina die je opvroeg. Die gebruik ik alleen om storingen en misbruik op te sporen; ze worden niet gedeeld en na korte tijd verwijderd.
- Links naar andere sites. Klik je op een link naar een andere site, zoals GitHub, Tweakers of Buy me a coffee, dan geldt de privacyverklaring van die site.
Contact en je rechten
Mail je naar support@clickfarm.nl, dan gebruik ik je mailadres en je bericht alleen om je te antwoorden. Ik deel ze met niemand en bewaar ze niet langer dan nodig.
Je mag altijd vragen welke gegevens ik van je heb, en vragen om die te verbeteren of te verwijderen. Mail daarvoor naar hetzelfde adres. Ben je het niet eens met hoe ik met je gegevens omga, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Clickfarm is a game by Herman Ronk, on clickfarm.nl and as an app for iPhone and iPad. This policy covers both. In short: there's no account, there are no ads and there's no tracking. The app collects no data.

The iPhone and iPad app
- Data not collected. The app has no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and sends nothing to a Clickfarm server.
- Your game. Your game and settings are stored on your device. If you use iCloud, your game is also stored in your own iCloud, so you can carry on playing on your other iPhone or iPad. Apple handles this; I have no access to it. Apple's privacy policy applies to iCloud.
- Deleting. Options → Start over erases your game, in iCloud too. If you delete the app, the game on your device is gone as well.
- Crash reports. If you turn on Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share With App Developers, Apple may show me anonymous crash reports from the app. That's your choice, and it's separate from the app.
The website
- Your game. Your game is stored in your own browser (
localStorage). It isn't sent to a server, and the website uses no cookies. If you clear your browser data, your game is gone, so save a backup now and then with Game opties → Download save. - Visitor statistics. Visits are counted anonymously with Umami on our own server: no cookies, no personal data, and not at all if your browser has Do Not Track turned on. I only see totals, such as visits per page, country and type of browser.
- Web server. Like any web server, the one for clickfarm.nl keeps technical logs, including your IP address and the page you requested. I only use them to track down outages and abuse; they aren't shared and are deleted after a short time.
- Links to other sites. If you follow a link to another site, such as GitHub, Tweakers or Buy me a coffee, that site's privacy policy applies.
Contact and your rights
If you email support@clickfarm.nl, I only use your address and message to reply to you. I don't share them with anyone and don't keep them longer than needed.
You can always ask what data I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it, at the same address. If you're unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
